I had to share today! | Minneapolis Family Photographer

I have not even started editing their session but I had to give Mom a sneak peak of some of her images because I saw some that just jumped out at me and I needed to share this today!  The one on the right is by far going to be one of my all time favorite family moments.  I was trying to have mom and dad enjoy a quiet moment together just the two of them and their upcoming new baby to arrive in July but Brennan was not about to let them have fun without him.  He climbed those stairs and this is what happened.  A family of three about to become a family of 4 just enjoying their time together.  This picture gives me so much joy and is the number one reason I love what I do.  It does not happen every time but when the stars align and you get a wonderful family that loves each other so much that even laying on some uncomfortable stairs can create an image that is so moving.

family-1

I will be posting more later this week on their session.  It will be a busy week of editing as I have all the mini sessions from Saturday as well.  Thank goodness the weather held out for those!

Schedule update: I only have a few slots left in May open and then I will be booking summer sessions.  You can also contact me about mini sessions as well.

tami - oh my! the picture on the right is PERFECT! this would look stunning as a gallery wrap…or a large print! I WANT ONE of my family like this! xoxo

Barb Mauer - These pictures are of my daughter and son-in-law and grandson. I am so glad to hear that the love this little family has transpires into these beautiful pictures. You have really captured the essence of all 3 of them! I can’t wait to see the rest!!
