WOW! I loved this session.. I especially love how Emily was totally okay with walking through some very tall grass, uneven ground to the most beautiful spot and lighting that could be found for her maternity session. I also loved how Jason did not complain once about walking in the weeds carrying a red couch over his shoulder. Now I am not sure what he was thinking about the photographer who was making his wife who is 8 months pregnant walking in weeds and laying down in the grass and flowers but I am sure once he sees just how beautiful his wife is that he will forgot those thoughts. I have been dreaming and waiting to use this spot for about 2 years and knew that Emily was the right client for it when she was willing to wear a dress and cowboy boots (okay boots didn’t work, we were thinking barn but I am so glad she let me pick this spot instead) but I knew she would be okay with walking in some weeds. I am not 100% of the history but this is the original grapevines and I think it is over 100 years old.
